Scaling organic performance across a complex product catalogue

Scaling SEO for a large ecommerce site isn’t about isolated wins — it’s about building momentum across the entire catalogue.

For Machine Mart, the opportunity lay in turning an already extensive product range into a consistent driver of organic growth. That meant going beyond surface-level optimisation and taking a holistic approach to how the site performed in search.

We focused on strengthening the foundations, refining how the site aligned with real search behaviour, and continuously uncovering new areas of opportunity.

The result was a strategy designed not just to improve rankings, but to scale performance across thousands of products and categories. Over a 12-month period, we increased the number of position 1 keyword rankings by 61%, while also driving a 5.5% uplift in revenue through improved organic visibility and more effective targeting of high-intent search demand.
